Do you offer a Warranty?
Innovative Tent Products warrants that the Goods will be fit for the purpose for which such goods are ordinarily intended and is covered for one year against manufacturing defects from day of purchase. Normal wear and tear or running the product over with your vehicle does not qualify as defects.
What tents is the Cobra Roller compatible with?
The Cobra Roller is a side wall apparatus used ideally with frame commercial tents that connect side walls using Velcro or carabiners on a wall cable. Example 20’x20’ High Peak or Marquee Tent
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given to starter packs only upon receipt of goods within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns due to manufacturer’s defects are honoured for up to 1 year. The buyer shall not cancel orders once payment is received.
Can I place an order bigger than a starter pack?
Yes. Contact us via email or phone regarding a quote for larger volume discount orders.

Is your product patented?
Our product is patent pending in two countries (Canada and the United States).
Do you have a manufacturing location in the USA?
Right now we only have one manufacturing location in Newfoundland, Canada. We have plans to expand to the USA with a manufacturing location in the next 18-24 months.
