Limited Warranty
Innovative Tent Products Inc. warrants that all reasonable care has been used in the manufacturing and assembly of the Goods.
While reiterating the invitation to strictly follow instructions and take all precautions necessary for proper usage of the same, Innovative Tent Products Inc. shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential loss, damage or expense arising directly from use of the Goods.
Innovative Tent Products Inc. will replace only the parts and labour required to remedy any manufacturer’s defects, which are made known to Innovative Tent Products Inc. within the Warranty Period. For greater certainty, this Limited Warranty shall not cover neglect, accidental or intentional damage or normal wear and tear.
Any shipping fees associated with the warranty claim will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Any unauthorized repair and/or alteration of the Goods will void all warranty claims.
No representative, dealer, distributor, or intermediary of Innovative Tent Products Inc is authorized to change any of the foregoing or assume any additional liability or responsibility in connection with the Goods.
